Job Title: Finance & Administrative Assistant
Location: Edo

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Senior Finance and Admin Officer (SFAO) in the State Office of AHNI under the SIDHAS project will be responsible for the provision of all finance, administrative and logistical services to the State.
- Support all accounting, finance, and overall administrative processes in the state office, ensuring compliance with the contractual requirements of AHNi program/projects with the objective of providing professional accountancy services consistent with generally accepted accounting principles.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or higher diploma in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent sound Accounting skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting related to NGOs and community level programs, with increasing responsibility
- Experience with large complex organization is required, familiarity with international NGOs preferred.

Job Title: Technical Officer - Monitoring & Evaluation
Location: Edo
Contract Type: Fixed Term

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Will play coordination role in all technical operations, some of which include but not limited to pursuing viral load drive in the state, data validation, PNS, TLD an IPT drive, Chronic care screening and conducting Laboratory Internal Audit for supported testing facilities in the state.
- Will also provide technical leadership at state level to implement high quality care, treatment and support activities with primary focus on technical areas of comprehensive TB and HIV/AIDS programs including laboratory, logistics, prevention, treatment, TB, monitoring and evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- MBBS/MD or similar degree with 1 - 3 years of progressive relevant experience in managing comprehensive TB and HIV programs in resource constrained settings.
- Or Master degree in Laboratory Science or related field with 2 -3 years post national youth service experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS
- Or MPH or MS/MA in relevant degree with 3 - 5 years of progressive relevant experience in managing comprehensive TB and HIV programs in resource constrained settings.
- Or BS/BA in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Health Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health or in relevant degree with 5 - 7 years of progressive relevant experience in managing comprehensive TB and HIV programs in resource constrained settings.
Job Title: Assistant Technical Officer - Monitoring & Evaluation
Location: Edo

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Will support all M&E operations within the unit, some of which include but not limited to provision of strong support to all M&E operations and other M&E processes which include database administration, data management, implementation science, quality assurance and improvement, data use and knowledge management.
- Will also support M&E process documentation, M&E designs, supportive supervision,data and literature reviews, support and follow up with other M&F contact persons in the SIDHAS project.
Minimum Requirements
- MBBS/MD or BSc/BA in Statistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Monitoring & Evaluation or in relevant degree with at least one year relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation data management.
- A post graduate degree in public health or related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBO is highly desirable.
