Crystal & Diamond Consulting Limited - Our client, a 33 - room/suites (with swimming pool/bar/event hall) hotel, is currently being restructured and repositioned and so looking to attract result-driven, hardworking, self-motivated and qualified individuals to join the turnaround team in the capacity below:
Job Title: Hotel Business Manager

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Competencies:
- B.Sc/HND in any of the Social Sciences, (additional qualification or degree in any Finance or Business related discipline professional qualification may be an advantage).
- Must possess the skill to coordinate manage the company annual budget for accomplishment of the company overall objective.
- Knowledge of effective internal control processes in this industry shall be an advantage.
- Minimum of eight(8) years post- qualification experience out of which, at least (6) must have been in the Hotel and recreational industry and at least, four (4) presently at the senior Management level
- Proven skills and competencies in Managing the Hotel total business operation and recreational facilities providers industry and sound understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Successful applicant shall be expected to report to the Group General Manager.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to come to the Head office in Lagos for interview at your cost.
- We want exceptional candidates with cognate experience, have integrity, age between 25years to 45years, married, currently working in Hotel of such size in Anambra state or its environs especially in the hotel location, living around the hotel location.

Qualifications/Competencies:
- HND (additional professional qualification in Computer & Date Entry/Microsoft applications and Accounting packages may be an advantage).
- Proven skills and competencies in Managing the cashier/receptionist/data entry clerk function of a hotel anti recreational facilities providers industry and sound understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Must possess the skill to coordinate manage the company cash/guests and data entry and report preparation for accomplishment of the company overall objective.
- Minimum of four (4) years post- qualification experience out of which, at least (3) must have been in the Hotel and recreational industry and at least, two (2) presently at the same in the Front office/finance and Accounts function.
- Knowledge of effective internal control processes in this industry shall be an advantage.
- Successful applicant shall be expected to report to the Finance.
