  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Educational Requirement
  • Minimum of a First Degree.
Required Skills:
  • High-level communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

  • The person would be responsible for the daily upkeep of office environment and operations
  • The person should be ready to learn
  • The person should have good basic working knowledge of ICT /Internet Use.
  • The person would work under minimal supervision.
  • The person should have good respect for time deliverable.
  • The person should have good communication skills
  • The person should have good relationship skills
