Job Title: Corporate Marketing Officer Location: Lekki, Lagos
Expectation
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate with prospective clients to meet and exceed sales target.
  • Generate leads, identify and effectively follow up with potential business clients.
  • Maintain excellent client relationship that will create room for referrals and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Take orders, prepare invoices and manage account receivables.
  • Maintain clients’ records and respond to enquiries or queries promptly.
  • Ensure proper office administration.
Qualification/Experience
  • B.Sc, in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field of study with a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Corporate Marketing officer.
  • Must have strong proven records of closed deals.
   
Job Title: Restaurant Chef Location: Lekki, Lagos
Expectation
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks and must be familiar with industry’s best practices with good knowledge of various Foods.
  • To run kitchen in a creative and innovative way, with a twist from the traditional is important.
  • Must be able to launch new concepts, introduce signature dishes and must have proven record in quality guest experience,
  • Must be able to lead, manager, organize all aspects of food production to the highest professional standard.
  • Experience in high-end operations, international exposure and knowledge of international food products is compulsory.
  • To take full responsibility for the running of allocated section.
  • Assisting section chef in preparing meals.
Qualification/Experience
  • 8 - 10 years of exceptional culinary experience, strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Elegance in food presentation, eye for details and sound financial knowledge.
     
Job Title: Assistant Food & Beverages Manager Location: Lekki, Lagos
Expectation
  • Assist in managing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Works closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food quality, quantity, presentation, and service are up to standards and will keep customers interested in returning.
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns, Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Qualification/Experience
  • Proven food and beverage management experience, Must be able to write menus and food costing, supervisions of Chef and all kitchens staff. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Culinary School Diploma or Degree in Hotel and Catering Management or related field with at least 5 years of experience. International experience will be of advantage.
