Job Title: Stock Keeper Location: Lagos Department: Accounts Department Reports to: Stock Supervisor Grade: Middle level
Job Expectation Summary
  • The Stock Officer receives deliveries of stock, coordinates stock, documents transactions, maintains records and oversees the storage of stock.
  • The job holder maintains inventory and stock records; and performs related work as required.
Essential Responsibilities He/she will be expected to:
  • Responsible for stock-keeping of fishes in the Cold room and keeping records of same.
  • Temperature reading of the Cold room and per carton of fish with the Technicians.
  • Receiving and verifying inventory of stock with the Waybill from other branches.
  • Responsible for proper stacking of goods in the Cold room.
  • Record and prepare reports of sales daily.
  • Check the sales invoice issued to customers before authorizing the stock from the Cold room.
  • Take physical stock records of cartons in the Cold room.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in a related or a closely aligned discipline.
  • 2-4 years’ experience as a Stock officer, warehouse officer or related position in a highly structured organization, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Adequate knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a cold room or warehouse environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials
  • Proven integrity and dedication to duty
  • Knowledgeable in standard stock/warehouse procedures.
Salary Range N150,000.00 - N180,000.00 / month.
     
Job Title: Office Manager Location: Benin City, Edo Department: Managing Director's office Reports to: Managing Director Grade: Senior level
Job Expectation Summary
  • The Office Manager is to oversee and direct all administrative and other designated assignment on behalf of the Managing Director
  • The job holder is to work with the P.A to provide support to the Managing Director.
  • The job holder is to co-ordinate all activities in the Managing Director's office.
Essential Responsibilities She will be expected to:
  • Receiving and sending the MD's correspondence via emails and text messages.
  • Obtaining MD's approvals on sent requests.
  • Making and receiving calls on behalf of the MD.
  • Receiving of the MD's personal and official guest.
  • Review important documents meant for the MD's attention.
  • Ensure all the PA's in the MD's office do their jobs based on the company's policy.
  • Attending and taking minutes of the MD's meetings.
  • Handle the fueling of MD's vehicles.
  • Traveling with the MD when necessary.
  • Accompanying the MD to social functions and official meetings.
  • Preparing monthly reports on the activities in the MD's office.
  • Supervise other Personal Assistants in the MD's office.
  • Any other job as assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a related or a closely aligned discipline.
  • A Master's Degree or professional certification related to management will be added advantage
  • 4 - 6 years previous experience as a senior personal assistant, Manager or related position or similar role in a medium sized organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a team player

Salary Range
  • N300,000.00 - N400,000.00 monthly.
     
Job Title: Stock Supervisor Location: Lagos Department: Accounts department Reports to: Accounts Manager Grade: Middle level
Job Expectation Summary
  • The Stock Supervisor supports the stock officer by ensuring appropriate internal, external as well as per carton temperature reading are maintained for the retention and sustenance of stock quality.
  • He coordinates movement of stock, documenting transactions, maintaining records and overseeing the functionality of the cold rooms.
  • The job holder is to supervise the activities of all the stock officers in the branch.
Essential Responsibilities He/she will be expected to:
  • To exercise general control over all activities in the company's cold-rooms.
  • To ensure safe keeping of all materials and equipment in the store/cold-rooms.
  • To ensure the cold-rooms are neat, orderly, and organized.
  • Design technology driven inventory management system for each of the cold rooms.
  • Improve on the process flow of accounts department as it relates to stock.
  • To maintain proper records and inventory of all materials and equipment therein.
  • To be actively involved in inter-branch purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stock items whenever the stock level of any item approaches the minimum limit.
  • To strictly enforce global best practices in maintenance and management of cold-room operations.
Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a related or a closely aligned discipline.
  • 4-5 years experience as a Stock Supervisor, warehouse supervisor or related position in a highly structured organization, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Adequate knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and a team player
  • Knowledgeable in standard stock/warehouse procedures.
  • Leadership skills.
Salary Range
  • N200,000.00 - N250,000.00 monthly.
     
Job Title: Petty Cash Officer Location: Lagos Department: Accounts Department Reports to: Accounts Manager Grade: Middle level
Job Expectation Summary
  • The petty cash officer manages all cash transactions and branch petty cash. The officer keeps all cash book, receipts, invoices etc.
  • The petty cash officer supports the accounts manager in banking and related matters.
Essential Responsibilities He/she will be expected to:
  • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
  • Handle general account queries
  • Keeping of purchase receipts
  • Keeping of cash books
  • Prepare cheque and bank transfer document
  • Prepare Receipt Voucher
  • Responsible for Petty Cash funds and weekly reports for reimbursement
  • Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis
  • Issue receipts for all money received by cash, cheque, bank transfer
  • Signing customers invoice
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Qualification and Experience

Salary Range
