Shenzhen Dymind Biotechnology Company Limited is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&D, production, sales, and service of medical devices, the main products including in-vitro diagnostics products (hematology analyzer), as well as immunoassay and other reagent products.
We are exploring our IVD business rapidly all over the world, hence we are hiring to fill the position below in Nigeria:
Job Title: Country Sales Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- Support & keep good relationship with our local distributors/partners to achieve Dymind sales target.
- To promote & find the suitable new distributors for the assigned products to achieve the designated sales target.
- In-depth market investigation supports for assigned products.
- To do daily, weekly or monthly working plans&reports by submitting documents on time, according to company management rule.
- Identify and visit key accounts on own / with distributors and help them to build up Dymind reference hospitals in the region.
- Evaluate the market changes/trends info, collect & analyze the market info including competitors' data and update to Dymind.
- Organize or coordinate marketing activities of conferences / exhibitions, to build up KOL/Specialist good relations locally and use into our marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 5 years work experiences in big IVD companies.
- Good knowledge or skill in how to build up and operate a good strategy of business development for the assigned products.
- Ability in organizing & processing the marketing or sales activities, and can travel all over India for work.
- Good knowledge for the local market info or situation of IVD field.
- Good communicator and very much oriented to interpersonal relationships.
- High level of self-motivation, passionate and initiative, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently, but also a good team player.
- Language skill: excellent at English and Hindi
- Good knowledge on all Microsoft office software(Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability in developing contact with new customers and catch business opportunities.
- Ability in building up team, in coordinating and leading the team to reach commercial goals.
- Strong desire and ability to provide suggestions of how to optimize processes and improve the overall sales performance.
