Job Title: Country Programme Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilites

  • Oversee daily operations of CTY , coordinating with the administrative, and management teams.
  • Develop a yearly work plan with our management team, including goals, objectives, inputs and outcomes, and the timeline for the projects and events to be executed by CTY
  • Develop an annual budget, fundraising plan, and grants management.
  • Represent CTY and interests at engagements and interfaces with partners, potential partners, and donors.
  • Ensure program quality and consistency with our mission through ongoing evaluation of allprograms and services to determine effectiveness and participant and member satisfaction.
  • Lead our communications strategy, ensuring that our brand’s messaging reaches global and local audiences.
  • Develop programs and provide technical assistance to programs
  • Ensures compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Organize and manage programs that align with the company’s objectives and mission.
  • Coordinate with cross-disciplined teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and overall program timelines.
  • Support with launching and execution of special and/or new project or programs
  • Ensures program completion while adhering to a budget, scope, and schedule requirements.
  • Develops/Reviews work plans and supports related program objectives and deliverables.
  • Maintain existing partnerships and grow the organisation’s network of strategic partners.
  • Work with team to identify and apply for grants, research, and report writing
  • Provide regular reports for internal and external use and facilitate effective partner working relationships
  • Develop and manage new program strategies to support the strategic direction of the company.
  • Manage all stakeholders involved in the various programs and effectively deliver value to all.
  • Identify and initiate partnerships with organisations that are able to deliver quality technical content and support to the Pipeline program.
  • Identify and recommend collaborative ways to improve the internal program processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidatets should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Good knowledge of latest education technology trends with the zeal to educate and empower Africans.
  • 2+ years of experience managing programs within the learning and development, Edtech, entrepreneurship, software development or other related field.
  • A can do attitude.

Nice to have:

  • Software Engineering background or basic knowledge of one programming language.
  • Built an edtech startup or part of the founding team of an edtech
  • Passionate about education and entrepreneurship.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 / Month.
