Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our company adheres to its internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • The Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance across all departments, as well as providing guidance on policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities
Policy and SOP Development:

  • Assist in the development and updating of company policies and SOPs to align with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Ensure all policies and SOPs are documented and accessible to relevant personnel.

Investigation and Resolution:

  • Investigate compliance breaches and non-adherence to company policies and SOPs.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve compliance issues.

Advisory Role:

  • Advise management on compliance-related matters and provide guidance on policy implementation.
  • Stay informed about best practices in compliance to proactively address potential challenges.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Regularly review and monitor company operations to ensure adherence to established policies and SOPs.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Training and Education:

  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on company policies and SOPs.
  • Provide ongoing education and updates on changes to policies and procedures.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Document all compliance-related incidents and the measures taken to address them.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with relevant work experience.
