We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Advisor

Location: Idi-Oro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Create and manage pay structures that match our company goals.
• Research and compare job salaries to keep our pay competitive.
• Manage employee benefits programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance on pay and benefits.
• Advise managers and employees on pay and benefits.
• Work with HCM and finance teams on pay budgets.
• Prepare compensation reports for senior management.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with HR and pay software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in pay and benefits management.
• Knowledge of pay practices and market analysis.
