We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Lagos

Description 
Weekly Focus:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.
    • Regularly review client feedback and implement necessary improvements.
  • Team Coordination and Support:

    • Conduct regular check-ins with the team to monitor progress, provide support, and address challenges.
    • Ensure that all team members have clear objectives and the necessary resources to achieve them.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance commercial performance.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Track the performance of ongoing projects to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.
    • Review sales targets and progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

Monthly Activities:

  • Performance Reviews:

    • Conduct monthly performance reviews with the team to assess achievements and identify areas for improvement.
    • Set new targets and provide constructive feedback to motivate and guide the team.
  • Budget Management:

    • Review the commercial budget monthly to ensure expenditures are within allocated limits.
    • Identify areas where cost efficiencies can be achieved without compromising quality.
  • Stakeholder Reporting:

    • Prepare and present monthly reports to senior management on commercial activities, performance metrics, and key achievements.
    • Highlight any issues or risks and propose solutions to address them.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Innovation and Development:

    • Foster a culture of innovation within the team to continuously improve processes and service offerings.
    • Stay abreast of technological advancements and explore their integration into Kekeads’ operations.
  • Professional Development:

    • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    • Support the development of your team by providing access to training and growth opportunities.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure alignment with ourvalues and culture while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy in line with the company’s vision and objectives.

Business Development and Revenue Management:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
  • Oversee the creation of proposals, contracts, and negotiations to secure new deals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize pricing and revenue.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial department to maximize profitability across all product lines and services.

Marketing and Sales:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Operational Efficiency and Reporting:

  • Implement best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency within the commercial department.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all commercial activities.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
