Job Title: Client Acquisition Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Client Acquisition Officer to join our team.
  • As a Client Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
  • You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales.
  • Your exceptional communication and networking skills will be essential in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to acquire new clients.
  • Proactively follow up on leads, manage negotiations, and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, lead generation progress, and revenue forecasts.
  • Conduct research to understand clients' needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
