Job Description

• Design and plan structural works in construction projects taking into consideration the safety, functionality, cost and sustainability.
• Handling variety of project and meeting deadlines.
• Liaise with other professionals including the architect and the quantity surveyor.
• Monitor, supervise and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure the safety standard and structural integrity are met to withstand tear and wear over time by assessing materials and already-erected structures to determine their ability to withstand loads and stresses.
