Job Title: Branch Manager/Team Lead
Location: Oyo
Job Description
- He/She will team lead and will cover the business of their environment,
- Responsible for Managing and scheduling or directs report to the Manager
- Accountable for driving new client acquisition and retention, growing market share
- To ensure that Marketing team are effective and compliance requirement are me
- Allocating marketing areas of coverage to Relationship Manager
- Monitoring Relationship Manager performance on a weekly basis based on set target
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years’ Commercial banking experience in Marketing.
- Evidence of professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- University Degree in a related discipline.
Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Responsible for relationship management for a portfolio of
customers and introduction of company’s product to the target market
through constructive marketing
- Responsible for enhancing relationship with existing customer,,walk in and potential customer
- Canvass for various product like current ,saving, corporate and Fixed deposit account
- Achieving overall business target
- To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and
solicit acceptable new relationship,proper monthly/cumulative recovery
management
- Establish new borrowing relationship, preparing the credit and
financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedure to enhance the
banks market share
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship with all
existing client at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved
facilities
- Conduct KYC due diligent on the applicants bank statement to confirm any lien or if in debit
Qualification Required
- Must have at least 3 years’ Commercial banking experience in Marketing.
- Evidence of professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- Must be based in Abuja,
- University Degree in a related discipline.
