Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
  • Manage schedules, bookings, and client inquiries.
  • Handle basic financial and administrative tasks.
  • Create and maintain reports related to centre performance and usage.
  • Maintain the workspace's cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with staff and vendors for operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative or operations management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A first degree in any field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
