Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location:
Maiduguri
Duration: 6-months, with possible extension
Job Purpose

  • To enable the smooth running of programme operations through efficient administrative support and service
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Public Administration or any related discipline with minimum of two years in office administration and management.


Job Title: HR Officer (Roving)
Location:
Maiduguri
Duration: 6-months, with possible extension
Job Purpose
  • To enable the smooth running of Programme operations through efficient human resources and administrative support services.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in HRM, Arts or Social Sciences with three years of relevant professional experience in human resources administration.
  • Previous experience working in an NGO or within a structured organization is an added advantage.



Job Title: HR Officer

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Job Purpose

  • The purpose of this role is to manage all responsibilities related to Warehouse Stock & Asset management.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Management, Management, Accounting or any related discipline with Minimum of three years experience in warehouse/asset management.
  • A combination of relevant training and experience may be considered in lieu buf not vice versa.
  • Previous experience in producing high quality reports and/or demonstrable knowledge of warehouse asset and distribution management.


Job Title: Fleet Officer
Location:
Maiduguri
Duration: 6-months, with possible extension
Job Purpose
  • The purpose of this role is to manage all responsibilities related to vehicles, transport, staff and visitor movements.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Management or Supply Management with Minimum of 3 years experience in fleet management.
  • A combination of relevant training and experience may be considered in lieu but not vice versa
  • Technical skill of vehicle repair and maintenance., is an added advantage.


Job Title: Procurement Assistant
Location:
Maiduguri
Duration: 6-months, with possible extension
Job Purpose
  • The purpose of this role is to perform a varied range of tasks to deliver an efficient, cost-effective and high quality services.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Management, Business Management or any related discipline.
  • Prior working experience with procurement, supply chain process and administration is desired.
