Job Title: Information Systems Auditor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- We are currently sourcing for an Information Systems Auditor who will plan, oversee and audit the information security systems used by Venture Garden Group.
- Once completed, the security auditor will provide the audit committee with a detailed report of our information systems, outline whether the system runs efficiently or effectively, and help the company make changes where necessary to improve the integrity of our system.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Execute a risk-based IS audit strategy in compliance with IS audit standards to ensure that key risk areas are audited.
- Plan specific audits to determine whether information systems are protected, controlled and provide value to the organization.
- Conduct audits in accordance with IS audit standards to achieve planned audit objectives.
- Communicate audit results and make recommendations to key stakeholders through meetings and audit reports to promote change when necessary.
- Conduct audit follow-ups to determine whether appropriate actions have been taken by management in a timely manner.
- Evaluate the IT strategy, including IT direction, and the processes for the strategy’s development, approval, implementation, and maintenance for alignment with the organization’s strategies and objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the IT governance structure to determine whether IT decisions, directions and performance support the organization’s strategies and objectives.
- Evaluate IT organizational structure and human resources (personnel) management to determine whether they support the organization’s strategies and objectives.
- Evaluate the organization’s IT policies, standards and procedures, and the processes for their development, approval, release/publishing, implementation and maintenance to determine whether they support the IT strategy and comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Evaluate risk management practices to determine whether the organization’s IT-related risk is identified, assessed, monitored, reported and managed.
- Evaluate monitoring and reporting of IT key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine whether management receives sufficient and timely information.
- Evaluate the organization’s business continuity plan (BCP), including alignment of the IT disaster recovery plan (DRP) with the BCP, to determine the organization’s ability to continue essential business operations during the period of an IT disruption.
- Evaluate the information security and privacy policies, standards and procedures for completeness, alignment with generally accepted practices and compliance with applicable external requirements.
- Evaluate the design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of physical and environmental controls to determine whether information assets are adequately safeguarded.
- Evaluate the design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring and reporting of system and logical security controls to verify the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
- Evaluate the processes and procedures used to store, retrieve, transport and dispose of assets to determine whether information assets are adequately safeguarded.
- Evaluate the information security program to determine its effectiveness and alignment with the organization’s strategies and objectives.
Requirements
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certifications/experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT Auditor preferred from a financial institution.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics or related fields.

Job Title: Data Integrity Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- The Data Integrity Officer will be responsible for assessing AviTech’s systems and generating the supporting documentation to confirm they meet the regulatory and operational requirements of data integrity.
- The role involves managing data validation activities, data mining, and revenue assurance, preparing dashboards and reports on Avitech’s operational metrics.
- This role is important to ensure that systems and processes remain in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Principal responsibilities and accountabilities
- Responsible for creating and presenting data in user-friendly dashboards for decision making as well.
- Daily Revenue Data validation and assurance.
- Scheduled collation of processed data and validation.
- Actively manage and be involved in the execution of all stages of the validation life-cycle including: Manage and complete the periodic re-evaluation and requalification of systems, as determined by the schedule.
- Access systems against pre-defined standards to ensure they meet current regulatory expectations for Data Integrity.
- Generating validation plans for larger projects.
- Liaison with AviTech’s product users.
- Compilation of validation protocols and reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BS in Statistics, Mathematics or related fields will be added advantage).
- 2 to 4 years’ experience as a validation specialist
- Keen interest in data analysis and reviewing large data sets.
- Interest in business intelligence and data science is a plus.
- Knowledge of the use of tools such as MS Office, Strong in use of Excel.

Job Title: Group Product and Platform Manager - Commercial & Operations

Job Description
- We are looking for a hands-on Product & Platform Manager – commercial and operations with deep enterprise platform expertise to achieve and deliver Venture Garden Group’s Platform Hold Co status.
- This is an exciting period of rapid growth for the company as we are transitioning from a product focused company to a platform-oriented company where our strategic business units can plug into data analytics and a payment platform, subsequently rolling out to companies within the VGG ecosystem and outside.
- This person should have a wealth of experience in product operations, product and technology strategy, and has a command of scalable architectures. This person thrives in ambiguity and is adept at shepherding value through the organization and into the market.

Job Title: Group Product and Platform Manager - Engineering

- The Product and Platform Manager - Engineering will act as the Enterprise Architect (EA) to balance technological opportunities with business requirements and maintains a holistic view of the VGG’s platform strategy, implementation, processes, information, and Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) assets.
- The role will deliver the technology that will take VGG to achieve its platform Holdco status across its data analytics and payment platform.
- The EA is responsible for driving reuse and sharing of technology and best practices to maximize value delivered to the business. Extensive experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Axure or other cloud providers is important for this role.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Leads identification and analysis of key industry and technology trends to assess potential effect on the enterprise and facilitate their testing with the Innovation team and the Product Managers.
- Promotes the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and improve how information flows circulates and explains roadmaps to align partners and IS/IT priorities.
- Supports the design of the criteria for supplier evaluation, comparison, and selection, and collaborates with sourcing for assessing vendor viability and risk in relation to target Enterprise Architecture.
