- They will specialize in Human development capacity by studying the traits and taxonomies of the employees and their personal idiosyncrasies.
- The work includes monitoring leadership issues at every level of the organization, the use of power, influence and authority, motivation and change management, development of self- management and conflict resolutions among employees
