Job Title: Loan Officer

Location: Lagos Island & Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Contributing to daily marketing activities.
  • Grow the Banks customer base.
  • Prospect customers daily.
  • Advertising of the bank’s products.
  • Booking of good loans and collection of loan repayment.
  • Opening of new accounts.
  • Proper follow up on existing customers.
  • Daily monitor the loan Portfolio.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Deposit Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos Island & Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
  • Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the company.
  • Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
  • Build new relationships with new customers.
  • Ensure fixed deposit account opening form is duly completed and registered.
  • Advice client on deposit status.
  • Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products together with the Marketing Department to achieve the overall deposit targets.

Requirements

Job Title: Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Evaluating and reviewing of client’s credit proposal for approval or rejection based on credibility, potential revenue and losses to maintain a good balance between returns and risk exposures.
  • Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) for Management and Board consideration and Approval.
  • Conducting credit search from an approved Credit Bureau for facilities of N50, 000 and above.
  • Booking of loans in line with approved terms and conditions for the management approval.
  • Proper documentation and updating of loan files.
  • Follow up and monitoring any of the disbursed loans to ensure timely repayment.
  • Making sure that all loan request documentations are correct and genuine.
  • Render timely report to regulatory bodies (CBN, NDIC, etc.) when required, especially when the HOD is unavailable.
  • Preparing monthly Portfolio AT Risk (PAR) with a summary of loan loss provision required when assigned.
  • Meet daily deliverables.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Branch Manager

Locations: Lagos Island & Mainland - Lagos

Job Description

  • Deposit mobilization .
  • Booking of quality loans.
  • Opening of new accounts monthly .
  • Proper follow up on existing and new customers.
  • Monitoring timely repayments on loans disbursed.
  • Monitoring and overseeing the branch activities.
  • Increase branch deliverables to expand customer base.
  • To generate / drive revenue.
  • Increasing business opportunities.
  • Monitoring marketing staff performance.
  • Minimize running cost and expenses etc.
  • You are expected to send a weekly activity reports to the management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years work experience.
