Job Title: Female Front Desk / Receptionist
Location: Isheri LGA / Magodo Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
The Role
- Reporting to the Client Services Manager,the Front Desk Officer is responsible for basic clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and visitors, and scheduling patients appointments in a professional and timely manner.
- The front desk officer will also provide the required paperwork to be completed by patients as well as entering of patient details into the hospital’s database.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, register guests/clients and attend to them in a prompt and timely manner
- Log all registrations for the day into Microsoft Access for backup
- Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
- Pre-admits patients by receiving bookings from physicians; confirming admitting privileges of physicians; interviewing patients; entering patient information to hospitals database.
- Ensures patient’s arrival to hospital room or testing area by assigning patient beds; notifying nursing unit of patient’s arrival; calling volunteer to transport the patient to the assigned area.
- Receives incoming communiques and forward to their relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Higher National Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or Accounting.
- One to two years of experience
- Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a hospital is an added advantage
- Face to face experience with customers
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
- Must be presentable and smart ( Good-looking)
- Must be speak and write English fluently
- Must reside at Ketu, Ikosi, Shangisha, Berger, Ikeja and its environs.

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician
Location: Isheri LGA / Magodo Phase II, Lagos

Job descriptions / Responsibilities
- Clean, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Conduct collection and analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine, and spinal fluid,
- Provide technical information about test results to physicians, Head Scientist and researchers
- Operate, calibrate and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers by following established standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Maintains patient confidence by keeping laboratory information confidential
- Serve and protect the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
Qualifications / Experience
- Must be a certified laboratory technician from a recognized school of Health Technology with a minimum of 1 year working experience in hospital settings.
- Effective Laboratory Quality Management System skills
- Effective Laboratory data management and research literacy skills
- Must be able to run common medical tests.
- Must possess a current Practice License from the relevant body.
- Must be Computer literate
- S/He should be able to multi-task; capable of handling several issues at the same time to deliver results and meet desired deadlines.

Job Title: Pharmacist Technician
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with pharmacist to ensure all prescriptions are processed, dispensed, and delivered appropriately.
- Rotate stock and perform other inventory control duties.
- Ensure supplies are delivered accordingly.
- Responsible for the storage of drugs, injectables and consumables.
- Dispenses drugs to in-patients and out-patients.
- Delivering quality customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, questions, requests and referring them to the pharmacist.
- Maintaining patients and hospital safety by adhering to infection-control procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmacy Techniques with minimum of 2 years experience.
- Must be duly registered.
- Must reside within Magodo, Ketu, Berger and its environs.
