Requirements

  • First Degree in any field
  • Must have a good English accent
  • Good knowledge of call center telephony and technology (an added advantage)
  • Call Centre experience (an added advantage)
  • Good data entry and typing skills with 30 WPM
  • Good knowledge of administration and clerical processes
  • Must be fluent in Hausa, French or German
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills communication skills
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
