Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed set sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Oversee the online visibility of the Company.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Skill Set and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s, HND or OND degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding businesstargets.
  • Ability totake initiative.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Driving Skills is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
