Job Description

  • The Learning Gate Limited is seeking a diligent and driven Business Development Officer.
  • This role encompasses market research and analysis, business strategy development, lead generation and prospecting, and proposal creation and pitching.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of market trendsand a strong ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposalsand pitches to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitionand potential areas for business expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Prepare and negotiate business contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Collaborate with team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • Proven record in business development or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other business development tools.
