Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team as a key player in driving the growth and expansion of our company.
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and revenue streams.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Research and identify potential business opportunities through market analysis, industry trends, and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can mutually enhance market reach, product offerings, and revenue streams.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyze business development metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve strategies and achieve targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Networking and Industry Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional contacts and promote brand visibility.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • New Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage prospective clients, presenting our company's value proposition and tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop business development strategies aligned with the company's growth goals and objectives.
  • Proposal and Pitch Creation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our strengths, capabilities, and benefits to clients.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations to secure profitable business deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3 - 5 years working years’ experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
