Our business involves the retailing of unique building construction finishing materials from Europe.Hence, Louis Valentino Nigeria has five retail outlets in Abuja, Kaduna and Lagos offering varieties of products such as Sanitary Wares, Porcelain and Ceramic Tiles, Security and Panel Doors, Stone Coated Roofing sheets, Wall Papers, Bedroom Sets, Dining Sets e.t.c.

Our company is set up to bridge the gap in the supply of quality construction finishing materials to the Nigerian building sub-sector, and today we are a one-stop shop for Home-owners, Builders, Contractors and Estate Development Companies who are desirous of top quality finishing(s) for their building projects. Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja

Summary

  • Flames is a fine dine restaurant located at the Silverbed mall Central Area of Abuja and caters to the upscale clientele. From ambience to well trained culture and staffing, flames boasts an atmosphere that will instantly make you feel at home and give you the wow experience you crave. 
  • In this position, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable growth in the restaurant. This person will focus on creating demand and developing new large business opportunities. This person will play a pivotal role in strategy development and identifyingsuitable  targets for the restaurant This person is a team player, strategic thinker, innovative and strong negotiator.
  • He/she will develop long-term business relationships with new and existing customers, will support Company’s vision, mission, values, metrics and generate as well as grow revenue for the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Drive strategy on target customers within the Fine dine restaurant space
  • Create long term value for the Company with customers and relationships
  • Manage corporate relationships 
  • Develop excellent market reputation and customer satisfaction
  • Promote the full Restaurants offering product line and introduce them to potential clients 
  • Agressively Drive sales funnel for the restaurant
  • Identify, target and develop new clients for the restaurant
  • Focus on creating demand  for fine dine food  in Abuja
  • Develop sales strategies for the restaurant 

 Market Expert:

  • This person should have a strong knowledge of the food and beverage market
  • Stay continuously aware of market trends, evolutions and key shifts
  • Educate Outside & Inside team on market and target customer specifics.

Products:

  • Develop strategy to grow new products and existing strategic products in the Restaurant
  • Advise the Company’s team on new potential products and features for the market.

Requirements
Education / Experience:

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing or equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years Sales Management experience a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Problem solving skills.

Essentials:

  • Utilize technology, CRM and sales tools for sales effectiveness
  • Interface, communicate and coordinate with Digital Marketing Team.
  • Manage at macro level while maintaining continued awareness and delegating detail work

Self-Development:

  • Growth Mindset. Proficient in Leadership tools
  • Networking in Outside Organizations, Roundtables, Trade Organizations,  etc.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be 35 years and above.
  • Must have worked prior as a business development manager in asenior capacity preferably in the food industry.
  • Attach alongside your cv a one page document of your strategies and plan you intend to generate revenue for a fine dine restaurant.
  • This role is limited to only Abuja residents

Salary
