Job Title: Business Development Lead

Location: Remote (preferably Lagos)
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Lead to drive sales, business development, and partnership initiatives at Bankoto.
  • As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and fostering strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively drive sales calls, business outreach, and outbound emails to generate sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services and technology is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, and other MS Office suites.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month Plus Commission
