Radial Circle Group - Our client is involved in provision of Telecommunications Solution, Marine Electronics and Navigational Systems, Security Solutions, Instrumentation and Automation, Electrical Systems and Project Engineering Design, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) in Nigeria and other parts of Gulf of Guinea. Their Head Office is in Victoria Island.

Job Title: Business Development Executive - Technical

Job Description

  • They are looking to hire a Business Development Executive. Only candidates with experience in the oil and Gas or the Marine Industry should apply for this role

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply product knowledge to meet customers/diverse, specific business needs.
  • Work with team in identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
  • Cold-call in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional product demands and upgrades.
  • Attend new product/service/solution awareness engagements with team members.
  • Obtain constant feedback from both clients and team members on products/services.
  • Monitor team liaison with Finance in PO management process (receipt, tracking, payment).
  • Ensure effective implementation of quality management system and other management systems being implemented in the Company.
  • Identify (in conjunction with the sales team), opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
  • Develop effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the company products/software articulately and confidently.
  • Be conversant with constantly changing software/hardware systems and peripherals in order to remain relevant.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the business development team lead and management.

HSSE:

  • Active participation and enforcement of HSSE Project objectives and directives.
  • Participate in the Company HSSE management system (plans, procedures and specifications).

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering or any relevant industry
  • A track record in Business development, sales and marketing.
  • Technical and Tendering experience are advantages
  • A minimum of Six years’ experience or above in an Oil & Gas or Marine industry.
  • Experience in Project Management is a critical requirement for this role
  • The job will require travelling to Port Harcourt and other locations.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
