  • The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving new business pipeline through lead generation. Working under the Business Development Manager, the BDE is responsible for generating new business and ultimately win the business.
  • The BDE will build a comprehensive understanding of Albert & May Integrated value propositions and will be exemplary in effectively articulating them to new prospects.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to become part of a growing company and see a clear career progression path into Sales over time, based on proven performance across all deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
  • To meet all targets set up – New Business Revenue, Customer Meetings, Sales SLA’s
  • Establish regular and effective communication with all Decision Makers of businesses won
  • Follow up leads provided internally in order to win new business
  • Take personal responsibility to build and maintain industry and competitors knowledge
  • Acquire competitor(s) information on products, pricing, marketing performance, strengths and weaknesses
  • Ensure all internal systems are accurately up to date with account activity.
  • Produce a monthly forecast to include successfully identifying new business to close
  • Maximise revenue by cross and up selling, whilst adhering to Albert & May Integrated sales principle
  • Be pro-active in approach to customer acquisition
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree or HND.
  • Must have completed NYSC programme.
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious and determined to succeed
  • Ability to identify objections and obstacles during a campaign and relay back to management
  • Experienced in a target driven environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to campaign propositions and successfully deliver them to maintain personal performance
  • Responsiveness to training
  • Excellent organizational skills – demonstrate pro-active approach to meeting objectives
