Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- A post-graduate degree (e.g. MBA) from a reputable university will be an added advantage
- PMP Certification
- Multi discipline knowledge in the following functions: Project management, contracts and procurement, construction, project controls and interface management.
- Candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in project management, some of which should be on large and complex multi-execution centered projects.
- Proven experience in people management; strategic planning; risk management and change management
- Extensive technical knowledge of engineering applications.
- Membership of COREN, NIA, NIB, NIESV or any professional body in Engineering
Description / Responsibilities - Direct and manage project development from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with executive management
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and documentation
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Ensure compliance with contractual and technical matters
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools to effectively track project milestones and deliverables

Description / Responsibilities - Maintains the strategic information technology plan of the organization in line with current business needs and changing requirements.
- Develops policies and procedures for information technology acquisition and utilization
- Manages information technology support functions and reviews/recommends appropriate alternatively system options.
- Technical expertise in Information systems management, hardware management, software development & management, IT strategy development & implementation, policy and process design, wide area network, deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, vendor relationship management, IT security.
- Provides direction in addressing a wide range of problems involving; network architecture; process flow automation; hardware and software; server administration; wireless networking and information management.
- Monitors and administers the existing interconnected systems across the enterprise network for the company.
Job Title: Head, Finance / Chief Financial Officer

- Working knowledge of budgeting, planning, management accounting and corporate finance

Description / Responsibilities - Managing the finance function of the company and direct overall financial plans and accounting practices with the company
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
