Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Federal Republic of Nigeria - Since the establishment of diplomatic ties in February 1980, Nigeria and Korea have fostered close collaborative ties. In particular, Nigeria is the only country in the African continent that hosts a Korean Cultural Center, which actively promotes cultural ties and people-to-people exchanges. Korean businesses are expanding their presence in Nigeria, mainly in resource development and construction.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the Defense Attache Office

Location: Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Maitama, Abuja
Start Date: the middle of August 2024
Supervisor: Defense Attache

Duties and Responsibilities

• Office and administrative assistant, Assistant to the Defense Attache Office, Performing Duties as directed by Supervisor, Research of related Materials.

Qualifications

• Must be legally able to work in Nigeria(must not have any criminal record or the appointment will be terminated)
• Fluency in English(fluency in Korean is an added advantage)
• Must possess excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem solving skills and writing skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or above (working experience in other embassys or international institutions is an added advantage)
• Must possess excellent capability to utilize computer document edition program
