Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Reporting To: HR/Admin Manager
Job Summary
- Provision of general Administrative Services (Security, Safety, Environment and Office Administration) as well as liaison with relevant Government agencies.
Detailed Job Description
- Maintaining Company's Archives and ensuring easy retrieval or documents from the archives.
- Collection and distribution of incoming mails and timely dispatch of all outgoing mails.
- Timely purchase and distribution of office consumables to requesting departments and monthly stock taking of same.
- Managing relationship with security and law enforcement agencies on security matters in all company locations and official residences.
- Ensuring security checks are done on new members staff as requested by HR.
- Handling all matters relating to safety (e.g. periodic training on Emergency Management, including Fire Drills and Drivers’ training).
- Supervision of office complex and environs cleaning.
- Liaison with relevant department on equipment breakdown e.g. Office Equipment.
- Ensuring timely payment of all statutory bills and levies to Government agencies and representing the company on Local Government matters.
- Follow up with Company’s Tailor for prompt production of uniforms.
- Procurement and distribution of year end packs for staff.
Requisite Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences. Minimum of Second Class Upper
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position
- Age: Must not be older than 35 years of age

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Lagos
Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Summary
- Supporting Management in setting the Company’s strategic plan for growth and preparation of the Company s annual and long term financial strategies
- Managing the company's Financial resources and relationships with Financial Institutions and sourcing of funds for operations at optimum prices and lowest risk
- Preparation of the Company’s Financial Statements and Management reports for Monthly, quarterly and Annual review of performance
- Ensuring adequate Systems and Internal control as well as liaising with external Auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Management and optimization of the company’s Working capital
Requisite Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree - 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper
- Qualified Accountant - ACA
- Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in similar position in the manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in the use of Enterprise wide Accounting and Management reporting Application such as SAP or SAGE, Ms Office packages and Power Point Presentation
