Job Summary

  • We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Lagos.
  • As an Admin Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our team, and maintaining our facilities and resources.
  • If you're a proactive and efficient administrator with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Maintain our office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
  • Manage our resources, including stationery, equipment, and supplies

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary
N320,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
