Job Title: Admin and Project Coordinator

Location: Ojo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Admin Support Responsibility:

  • Scheduling meetings, sending reminders, updating participants and preparing ED for each Meeting
  • Attending meetings with ED, taking notes and following up with action plans
  • Drafting memos, proposals, reports as assigned by ED
  • Managing weekly staff meetings
  • Working with ED on specific content creation

Project Coordination- Girls Empowerment Program:

  • Research and content writing, including creating relevant project documents and reports.
  • Management of students’ welfare, including scheduling, coordinating student activities, providing relevant resources as needed etc.
  • Project monitoring and evaluation.
  • Recruitment and management of partners, volunteers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualifications
  • He/she must reside within Ojo axis.
  • He/she must have good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.

Gross Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
