Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Job Description
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will assist with the management of an education fund. They will monitor the day-to-day activities of the fund, design and implement baseline studies, and produce a responsive mechanism for tracking expected and unexpected outcomes. Required Skills:
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of working in education (highly desirable)
  • 5 or more years working in a development role (essential)
  • Experience managing monitoring and evaluation for a development project (essential)
  • Willingness to travel significantly around Lagos
  • Ability to design questionnaires, surveys, theories of change, and results chains Required Experience:
  • Yoruba (essential)
