In 2011 February, Robert Johnson acquired the sole Dealership of Lexmark International and introduced into Nigeria market the Lexmark range of products which is currently the leading and preferred brand by users/organization for its durability, accuracy and ruggedness.

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Job Opportunity

  • We are hiring highly experienced/professional and competent candidates for the position of Accounts Officer

Job Description

  • Posting of all cash and non-cash transactions on the ERP Accounting Software;
  • Manages the petty cash reimbursements and disbursements for the company;
  • Manage the Accounts Payables and Receivables;
  • Manage the payroll processing functions;
  • Carrying out monthly Bank Reconciliation of all local and foreign currency denominated bank accounts;
  • Filing of statutory tax returns such as Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, PAYE, Pensions etc.;
  • Liaise with the External Auditors on Financial and Allied Technical matters;
  • Reconcile weekly bank deposit/withdrawals/transfer alerts and the accompanying e-mails with the Treasury Manager;
  • Preparesales invoices, debit notes/credit notes for all trade and sundry products or services and other financial data capture form;
  • Posting on the ERP Accounting Software all stock items requisition data, petty cash vouchers, etc;
  • Participate in the quarterly stock-taking exercise and annual non-current assets inventory/verification exercise.
  • Preparation of Weekly Schedule of Receivables & Payables;
  • Keep inventory control report for the company;
  • Preparation and Presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial budget inputs;
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Group Head, Accounts & Finance.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have a good Degree or HND in Accounting, in any discipline from a recognized institution, must be smart, forward looking with ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • With 2 to 5 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
