Accounts and Admin Executive Position at Smart Partners


Smart Partners was established to assist and advise citizens, organizations and governments in the goal of creating technically enabled communities, often referred to as a "Smart Communities."

The activities of the organization include planning, coordinating and initiating "Smart" projects that stimulate economic development. Smart Partners will also pursue project partnerships and facilitate partnerships with and for other organizations.

Job Title: Accounts and Admin Executive
Location:
Lagos
 Key Responsibilities
  • Generate prompt financial reports
  • Manage company’s inventory
  • Provide Management with up to date and continuous costing for product/project pricing.
  • Ensure proper posting on company’s Peachtree Accounting Software.
  • Interface with suppliers, financial institutions and other regulatory agencies.
Key Skills
  • Must be very sound with the use of Peachtree Accounting Software
  • Candidate must possess a good HND/BSc in Accounting from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years accounting in a retail environment.
  • Costing experience is non-negotiable.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
