Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hybrid Remote Account Manager for our Business Consultancy. This role is crucial in providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our consultancy services.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
• Support business development activities and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data security
• Assist in managing client accounts, including invoicing, billing, and client communications
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager
• Experinece as a personal assistant is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of business consultancy practices is a plus
• Availability to work in a hybrid remote capacity
• Also, note that interested suitable candidate should be ready to do some personal assistant duties alongside the account manager role.
• Suppose you are a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting business professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 monthly.
