Traffic regulations are laws that guide all road users on safety practices to prevent accidents and ensure smooth flow of traffic. They do not primarily establish agencies for control of traffic, ensure the teaching of road safety in school, or instruct drivers on the use of traffic signs only.

Human rights abuse can be prevented with the existence of an independent judiciary. An independent judiciary ensures that laws are interpreted and enforced fairly and impartially. It can protect individuals from human rights abuses by holding those responsible accountable.
