We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Workshop Assistant - Administration

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the day-to-day documentation of Workshop activities for both Lagos & upcountry locations
  • Co-ordinate both internal & external vendor estimates for approvals
  • Prepare vendor report PO for approval
  • Management of LPG Gas documentation & prompt posting of SOD on NAV
  • Ensure proper update of Assets maintenance on MaMa software
  • Ensure upcountry spare parts requests are promptly attended to
  • Follow-up with the store on what needs to be ordered for upcountry spare parts
  • Ensure monthly follow up of upcountry float sign off documents
  • Handle any other Workshop admstrstive jobs as may be directed by the Workshop Manager.

Requirements

  • OND in any related course
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in office administration in a reputable organisation
  • Male for gender balance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Documentation & record keeping
  • Spares to upcountry technicians
  • Workshop float tracking
  • Basic Excel skill
  • Basic driving skill.
  • Vehicle maintenance record keeping
  • Vehicle insurance documentation
  • Third party vendor interaction
