Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with client goals and project specifications.
Ensure the seamless integration of graphics, effects, and sound to enhance the overall video quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design and video solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall project outcomes.
Stay updated with videography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills.
Organize and manage digital files, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
Work with the marketing team to provide visual content for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative videography concepts.
Capture a wide range of subjects, including events, products.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their production needs and preferences.
Utilize various videography techniques and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
Edit and enhance videos using post-processing software to ensure the highest quality results.
Manage and maintain videography equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.

Requirements

2-4 years proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design and video projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro,After effects, Plug in etc).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in various environments and adapt to different videography scenarios.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for visual content.
Familiarity with digital asset management and organization.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N180,000 - N230,000 / month.
