Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Lagos
Role/Duties
- Developing and adapting the product vision.
- Bring in new ideas to the company and create business cases
- Effective coordination of all activities relating to the product in order to achieve optimum performance
- Initiation and development of strategies geared at enhancing visibility and optimum performance of the product.
- Effective coordination and management of all personnel directly or indirectly involved in the sales of the product.
- Understand the user needs as best as possible to prioritise ideas and development
- Work with user experience experts to ensure the best customer journey is delivered
- Actively monitor the product’s performance to ensure that it is achieving the desire result.
Qualification/ Requirements
- HND/B.Sc holder in any discipline
- Must be IT savvy
- A natural drive to be successful and are motivated by going above and beyond!
- Those who possess excellent rapport building skills
- A tenacious, proactive and methodical approach
- Someone who wants to take ownership of their work and their own career
- A forward thinking individual who can identify new opportunities and come forward with ideas to better the company
- Successful product management experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be smart and presentable
Job Title: Credit Officer
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Holder of OND in any discipline
- Must be female
- Must not be more than 30 years of age by June, 2017
- Must be fluent in English [oral and written]
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong money calculation skills
- Residents of Lagos Island and its environs preferable.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Role/Duties
- Actively support and develop the business unit [BU] to deliver required growth and achieve agreed target.
- Actively drive the sales process and BU activity in relation to winning, and developing profitable clients.
- Ensure robust account planning is in place for all prospects and that key actions are completed on time
- Actively identify and work with colleagues across the business
to capitalise on account penetration and cross selling opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- HND/B.Sc holder in any discipline
- Must be female
- Must not be more than 30 years of age by June, 2017
- Must be smart and presentable
