Job Title: Finance Manager

Responsibilities
The broad roles for this position are:
- Preparation of Management and Audited Financial Reports.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets and Budgetary control
- Liaison between Banks and other financial institutions for financial services
- Credit control (Management of receivable and payable weekly report, ageing analysis of debtors, management reports and variance analysis)
- Internal Control, Review of entries, ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Fixed Asset management/Control
- Development of Internal Audit procedure and systems for the organization.
- Costing and Pricing of company products
- Posting of Accounting voucher entries into accounting package
- Review of Bank Reconciliation and payroll
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc Accounting with a 2.1 or HND Accounting with Distinction
- ACCA/ICAN qualified.
- Minimum of 5 years of post Nysc experience of which 2 years must be a managerial position.
Job Title: Account Officer

Responsibilities
- Preparing financial records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting information /reports for variety of transactions.
- Monitor accounting databases to ensure timely and accurate processing of recurring payments.
- Prepare bank account reconciliations
- Reviewing of accounting inputs to secure as fair as possible valid, accurate and timely account balances
- Participates in and collaborates on other projects and activities as assigned
- Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry.
- Entering accounts payable information including data entry of invoices, verification of accounts payable audit trail, and mailing vendor check.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting with a 2.1 or HND Accounting with Distinction
- Student Member of ACCA/ICAN.
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in accounting role
Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The broad roles for this position are:
- Providing leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.
Qualifications & other requirements
- BSc accounting with a 2.1 or HND accounting with Distinction
- ACCA/ICAN qualified.
- Minimum of 7 years of post Nysc experience in which 2 years must be in a managerial position
