• The Data Clerk is responsible for Collating, Processing and Presenting data collected from the Brand promoters and Supervisors.
• He/she is expected to deliver on overall objectives as set or assigned by the S & CM Analyst.

• Collate, Process and Maintain accurate Data and Reports
• Share accurate daily Brand promoter reports in on time and in full as per reporting cycles for all BA KPI’s
• Track and report BAs daily attendance
• Maintain and report stock level report across the Modern Trade Channel

• Send daily report and competitor activities to the line manager/Supervisor.
• Prepare and Share monthly summary of all tracked BA KPIs with the Commercial Team

• OND/ B.SC from a recognized University
• A minimum of 1 year experience in any organization

• Well-groomed always, smart and neatly dressed
• Intelligent
• Demonstrate a high level of confidence
• Open Minded and out going
