  • Looking for an assistant to support customer management and administration. We are a Japanese firm launched in 2015 to develop and sell “SENRI” mobile-based sales automation service to distributors and manufacturers.
  • We need a talent who is persistent and has strong will to learn ICT operation in our multi-national team from Kenya, DRC, Uganda and Japan. For expanding our business in Nigeria, we need you now.
Scope of Work
  • Build relationships with customer in the areas of manufacturing and distribution and Lead them to decide starting our service:
  • Let directors make decision to start a project
  • Support customer in management/senior level to utilize our service after sales
  • Support customer to start and set up our service
  • Run training for customer
  • Search and contact new customers in the areas of manufacturers and distributors
  • Arrange meeting with new customer
  • Plan how to close customers and agree on term based on the initial calls and meetings
  • Monitor satisfaction, challenge or feedback from customer for a long term
  • Other administrations
Job Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in related B2B sales, Technical Sales
  • Self-motivated to keep improving the way of work
  • A goal-oriented and dedicated team member
  • Flexible in working with a small multi-national team
Working Conditions:
  • Working hour: 8:30-17:30
  • Working day­: Monday - Friday
  • Compensation to be discussed based on his/her capability and experience
  • Probationary period will be 3-6 months
  • Long-term employment decision to be made by the end of this period
