  • Ensure that the Application is deployed and manage accordingly, fulfills user requirements, End User Support and identifies and resolves system issues.
Job Description
  • Domain Configuration and User profiles integration to a new workstation on Client website
  • Ensure that Application, Big Magic ERP software is deployed and manage accordingly, fulfills user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues.
  • ERP Remote Support and General IT support across all the group; Agbara Plant, Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja and Onitsha depot.
  • Ensure that Big Magic ERP deployment enhances operating systems, networks, communications, or other areas where it is deployed
  • Servers Deployment, Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Gen 8, 9 HP Servers.
  • Power Backup Support and Maintenance (Inverters and UPS)
  • General IT Support in BBC Depot and Head Office
  • IT End User Support in Head Office and BBC Depot
  • Management of BBC Software.
  • ISP Support and follow up for good and reliable Internet Service.
  • The ”ERP-IT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR” role is to Implement, support, supervise and operate the organization ERP system through implementation and best support  practices.
  • This includes Installations Configurations, patching and upgrading, and General IT Support.
  • Creation of Employment ID for new staff, Creation of Big Magic Account for new BM Users, Error/Queries Solutions Support.
  • Polycom Real Presence Group 500 Device Support and Maintenance,
  • Video conference Meeting Schedule and Support across Spain, Peru (Lima), Egypt, African Countries for Board Meetings and Country Manager Reporting.
  • Deployments and Support of  Video conference Applications (Blue Jeans, Zoom), which saves cost  for the  company
Area of Responsibility Administrator:
  • Ensure that Big Magic ERP software is deployed and manage accordingly, fulfills user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues.
  • Support the organization IT software/Hardware process across the operational areas.
  • Ensure that ERP deployment enhances the operations of the organization, networks, communications, and all Distribution Centers where it is deployed.
Acquisition & Deployment:
  • Hardware/Software support, configuration and implementation.
  • Assist with the setup of Big Magic ERP software and service providers as needed.
  • Liaise with the IT Chief on Big Magic ERP Administration for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.
  • Evaluate proposals in order to identify potential problem areas, and make the appropriate recommendations
Operational:
  • Evaluate, Support, install, configure, and deploy IT applications, systems software and products enhancement to existing applications throughout the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with IT Coordinator on the deployment of ERP software programs and applications.
  • Ensure that Big Magic ERP integration into company systems captures all areas of day to day transactions in the organization with system compliance, and interface specifications.
System Troubleshooting:
  • Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the Big Magic ERP system; install and configure patches and upgrades as required.
  • Network Monitoring and support.
  • Prepare and deliver activity and progress reports on daily operations.
  • Provide direction for the application support of ERP operations.
  • Team work with IT Chief to deploy ERP software, support strategy and data management.
  • End User and General IT Support
Security:
  • Working with the IT Team to provide general IT Support and System Security
  • Ensuring System is up to date
  • Keeping Software antivirus active
Qualifications Minimum requirements for the position:
  • Microsoft Certification: Microsoft Certified Professional MCP or CCNA or Comptia A+
  • Networking / Fiber Optics Certification
Experience:
  • Experience in software administration, database management installations and Server configuration, able to work on linux os and Good understanding of mobile application and General IT Support and Implementation skill.
Knowledge:
  • Extensive knowledge / technical expertise / qualified professional / etc.
  • Installation, Administration, software Management, Software development, Knowledge of Microsoft Database, ERP and Sql Server. Etc
