Vacancy in Onitsha, Nigeria for a Senior Sales Executive - Baby Products
Fosad Consulting Limited - Our Client, a business conglomerate, with
presence in different sectors including Consumer Products, Corporate
Services and Infrastructure, is seeking to hire the service of an
experienced candidate, who will drive sales in its Baby Products unit,
to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Baby Products
Location: Onitsha, Nigeria
Location: Full-time
Job Descriptions
- The person's performance will be based on net contribution to
the division which will include warehousing cost, cost of interest
towards goods in warehouse and credit in the market.
- Map the full western market and increase the sales from 60M/month to 120M per month.
- Ensure availability of the product in all the markets
- To provide forecast of sales on quarterly basis and ensure sales is being done as per the forecast.
- To make and maintain the retailer database market wise and ensure the product is available at all the locations at all times.
- To devise incentive schemes for sales executives and sub dealers when and where necessary.
- Provide the HOD on fortnightly basis information on completion’s
prices and marketing activities in the market and any other relevant
information.
- Come up with the system to track the stock availability at each
sub dealer to ensure re-filling of the goods is done at all times.
- Implement planned marketing activities.
- Map the markets and recommend which market/s will require exclusive sales executive to increase the sales of the product.
Qualifications
- A University Degree
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be goal driven and pro-active
