  • We are currently searching for A Personal Assistant (PA) to works with senior executive to provide one-to-one support. The PA will support by offering administrative help such as monitoring email, drafting communications on behalf of the executive, planning and organizing meetings and their travel.
Responsibilities
  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests
  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organizing travel and itineraries
Requirements
  • Must have a First Degree
  • Not less than 3 years relevant experience
  • Verbal and written articulacy
  • Professional discretion
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
Remuneration
  • Monthly Salary is from N150,000 (negotiable) plus other Benefits.
