Reverton.Net Limited is an indigenous company incorporated to take up new challenges arising from increasing number of businesses seeking offline and online ICT solutions. Incorporated in 2012 as a limited liability company, we have deployed various online (real-time) and stand-alone solutions in the area of education portals, eHealth & mHealth systems, web site solutions, network design/implementation, data collection using ODK, consultancy services and technical support services.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Introduction
- The Marketing/Sales Officer will provide first-class service in order to push the sales of our products and services. Act as an intermediary between Reverton and clients/prospects. Make necessary phone calls and meetings to increase sales and also allow people to make inquiries as necessary.
Job Functions
- Aim to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting Reverton.Net products, services or ideas
Specification
- Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market
- Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement
- Makes product appeal to the target market
- Trains other sales people in the art of selling
- Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
- Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure
- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
- Answers questions from clients
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees

- 3 years relevant work experience preferably from a well-structured organisation

- Numerate, with good finance abilities and capable of managing budgets
- Strong forecasting and planning skills; able to correctly assess the needs of the Business
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, most practically Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
