  • Analyzes and mitigates risks to ensure contract execution is in accordance with company policy.
  • Manages the e-archiving system, grants access rights to associates on SharePoint (for legal templates and contract archive) and manages correspondences with the appropriate team to resolve access issues.
  • Manage legal budgets in relation to the objectives.
  • Drafts all contracts, memoranda and other legal documents required by the business and provide legal opinions on third party requests related to contracts.
  • Oversee correspondences with external counsels on current status of court matters and pre-pare periodic case updates.
  • Provide general legal advisory support with regards to matters related to associates, policies and laws.
  • Provide support on renewal/amendment/extension of all contracts and Conducts legal re-search
  • Business partner all departments to ensure legal risks are adequately mitigated.
  • Responsible for conducting training on the use of contract templates for associates (includes Service agreements and Consultancy agreements)
Minimum Requirements Educational Background:
  • Law school graduate and Bar member
Language:
  • Fluency in English Language
Experience:
  • Proven ability to work independently efficiently and meet tight deadlines and withstand pressure and demanding clients.
  • Strong experience in handling a high volume of multiple, often complex projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated professional and culturally sensitive work ethic.
  • 4 years minimum post Bar experience; ideally gained within a healthcare / pharmaceutical environment, or alternatively, with a top-tier law firm representing healthcare and technology clients.
  • Previous experience with contracting excellence and training.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate.
