  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process.
  • Providing customer service support to clients and resolving financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
  • Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support.
  • Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
  • Improve financial status by analyzing results, identifying trends and recommending actions.
  • Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
  • Analyze existing strategies and recommend new brand positioning and promotion strategies to management.
  • Market research, data mining and business intelligence.
Qualification and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in finance related position.
  • ACCA or ICAN qualification is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
  • Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Integrity, drive and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fundamental analytical skills.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
