  • The brand manager will be responsible for executing the defined Eunisell marketing strategy and marketing plans which focus primarily on but not limited to the B2B sector.
The Chief Key Performance Indicators are:
  • Generate brand awareness, understanding and a positive predisposition towards the brand in defined customer and influencer segments with an outcome being organic growth within the existing customer segments and sales enquiries and leads from prospective customers
  • Manage the day-to-day marketing communication requirements including setting and monitoring communication objectives, media channel selection and monitoring in association with Eunisell’s appointed media partner, content development for all corporate and product solutions and other forms of communication as required in association with Eunisell’s appointed creative resources
  • Establish a mutually rewarding, profitable and measurable relationship with each customer and, in association with the sales team, establish and act on potential new customer prospects
Role and Responsibilities
  • Identify the need to conduct market research where relevant and convert results and recommendations to actionable programs
  • Maintain and report on the total communications budget
  • Establish quarterly reviews and make recommendations
  • Deliver on the defined marketing objectives and strategy
  • Identify and develop communication initiatives for specific customer and internal groups
  • Utilize tools such as the CRM system, email and other campaign software for lead generation and general communication
  • Managing content creation and messaging for all the company’s on and offline communication channels in ATL and BTL environments
  • Help create communication and promotional materials in association with the company’s creative resources
  • Monitor and report on revenue targets in conjunction with the sales team
  • Develop initiatives to acquire and retain customers
Minimum Educational Requirement
  • B.Sc or equivalent in related field required.
Competence/Skills Required
  • Ability to proactively manage a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Proven understanding of both online and offline marketing communication channels
  • Experienced in digital and social channels to drive business growth
  • Budget and project management proficiencies
  • MS Office suite skills
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment with the ability to develop and deliver results
  • Strong communications skills
  • Experience in client segmentation and differentiated marketing communication methods
  • Analytical capabilities with an ability to use and interpret data to make business decisions
  • Demonstrable record of performance / delivery across the full marketing communication mix
Travel Requirement:
  • This role requires occasional travel
  • The individual will be expected to visit client locations and attend meetings
